This place has Ishnala supper club vibe to it. What a gem tucked away in Muskego. Visited last night and it's going on my top ten list. Everything was fabulous: service, ambience and food. Fit in the pantoon ride before dinner . Hung out in multiple places, the gazebo, fire pit while waiting for table. Absolutely fabulous outdoor scene for a beautiful summer night. Cocktails were delicious. My fish on the rye was one of the best fish sandwiches I have ever had. And my hubby, who is very picky when it comes to potato pancakes, loved it there. 10 stars. Will be coming back and bringing more friends and family.

Love this place! Definitely won't disappoint. A variety of great menu choices, delicious food and drinks on the lake. You can eat outside or inside and they have an outdoor bar as well. Oh and they even offer pontoon rides too!!! We go to this establishment often and highly recommend it. Service is awesome as well.

BRUNCH TIME at BBB! Do not hesitate to order the Shrimp & Cheddar Grits - and be transported to New Orleans. Oh and it goes well with the Mimosa flight!

Recently had my first experience at Bass Bay Brewhouse and it was exemplary from beginning to end. My dining companion and I started off with cocktails. I got the sazerac, he got their 1920 classic old fashioned. The sazerac was spot on perfect with just the lightest lovely hint of absinthe. I also tried the old fashioned and it was perfect as well. For our appetizer, we got the spinach artichoke dip. It is huge! Definitely better suited to a table of four but we were happy to have some to box up and take home. The dip was super thick and hearty, not to mention tasty. I've had spinach artichoke dip be kinda soupy--not so at Bass Bay Brewhouse. It was packed with spinach and artichoke. We had to force ourselves to save room for our entree! For my entree, I got the seared scallops which comes served over a hearty serving of beet goat cheese risotto, The scallops were cooked perfectly (cooked through but not rubbery with a nice sear). The beet goat cheese risotto was sensational--so flavorful! One word of warning--eat the scallops separately as the risotto is so flavorful it overwhelms the delicate shellfish. It was so good, though. I would absolutely order this again. We were enjoying the experience so well that we decided to linger for an after dinner drink. I got a boulevardier and my dining companion got a bourbon manhattan. Again--literal perfection. Our server was kind and attentive throughout and the bartender was lovely as well. Do yourself a favor and-- Get to it!

So glad I finally here! What a quaint location on the lake that feels like you're up north. Very spacious with so many seating options. I can't wait to come back here in summer as it looks like they have pontoon boat rides! Outdoor seating, included, fire pits, and bar. There was even a Wedding on the upper deck, the fish fry knocked it out of the park with homemade everything including the best potato pancakes I've ever had with chunks of potatoes. The fish was not greasy and lightly breaded, cooked perfectly. Could've use more tartar sauce for the amount of fish but that's OK. Coleslaw was on point not sour not sweet. And love sitting next to the fireplace the lavender lemonade, vodka hit the spot French dip sandwich I must say one of the best I've ever had with layers of tender beef with an option of onions and mushrooms. Can't wait to try other menu items.

We love coming to Bass Bay Brewhouse. We went for brunch and it did not disappoint. I would recommend putting in a reservation because they get busy. Our waitress was friendly and food came out quick. They had a lot of variety for sweet and savory options for brunch. If it was not cold out we would have sat outside because their view of the lake is amazing! Highly recommend and want to try their dinner menu sometime soon!

This French Onion soup is life changing. The food was so good, I had to unbutton my pants. Service was unbearably slow (took almost 2 hours from drink to check) but they may have been understaffed for how busy they were. The culinary creativity is a wonder here. Definitely worth the drive from Milwaukee!

I found this restaurant off Yelp's recommendations on where to dine near Franklin, WI; it was a HIT! Our local friends had not been nor heard of Bass Bay Brewhouse but instantly said they would be back. I had called ahead of the weekend to make a reservation on the patio and happy I did as this is a busy hot spot! The patio overlooked the Bass Bay water, had pretty string light ms for night time, and had live music. Our group got a variety of starters and mains. The spinach artichoke dip was amazing but the cheese curds stole the show with their light breading and homemade ranch. My cocktail was the Lavender Daze which was strong but tasty. We also got the lavender lemonade, amber beer, and cilantro jalapeño margarita. We got a mix of burgers and sandwiches for entrees and the hangover burger was incredible. The seasoned fries were even impressive. Plus, we couldn't miss out on trying a mason jar dessert which I highly recommend. It was an extremely busy night so when we got sat, the on staff manager took our drink orders to start us off. Our server, while hustling, was always pleasant and smiling when interacting with our table. Bass Bay has many sister restaurant locations in the area to try but also offers banquets/events at this location. There was a wedding going on that we would have never of known if we hadn't seen the bride and groom walk by the water. I highly recommend Bass Bay Brewhouse to anyone locally or passing through! We all enjoyed it so much and plan to be back!
